A fully certified Passivhaus residence to eplace the crumbling existing dwelling. this is a porject which has replcaed an incredibly inefficeint building heated by oil with an incredibly effieicnt dwelling. It employs Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery, Waste Water Heat Recovery, a PV array, an ASHP and rainwater recycling in addition to the exceptional thermal envelope to create a building with impeccable eco credentials. The building design breaks from traditional Passivhaus form to offer a traditional village building to the street scene but gives an exciting contemporary design to the privacy of the extensive rear garden
