A simple infill extension at the rear of a Victorian terraced property, the brief was to create a light and spacious kitchen & dining room by extending out into the unused space to the side of the rear extension. 

The key to creating the desired space was to employ a generous rooflight array and glazed back door allowed the light to flood in to the whole space transforming it to maximum effect. Simple but effective.
